Good morning lovely knitters!! I bet you are all with me, breathing a sigh of relief at actually being able to breath outside! Ah....so nice! It has been a WHILE since I woke up and felt some energy!
This week, our SOS boxes went out - and now you can see the fun kits! I had promised an easy, quick pattern - but then, like the nut-job that I am, included TWO!
The Four Stripes kit can be used to make either - if you want to make a matching set, you'll need two kits. Four Stripes uses one of our NEW, gorgeous yarns that managed to make it in already for fall - Cotton Merino Tweed. Come in and see it!
It is quickly becoming gift-making season - so maybe check out our Save Our Sanity Boxes too - always packed full of yarn and a fun pattern - sometimes, you'll just HAVE to keep it, but when you don't, they make GREAT gifts!!
I also, FINALLY got my boxes from last week - as well as a whole bunch of boxes yesterday right before I closed. That means, there is some awesome new yarn - Eco-Tweed and Azteca, but it isn't online yet, so you'll have to come in and paw it with your own paws!
I've been finishing off a sweater in a Eco-Tweed and it is GORGEOUS to work with and to wear. Now we just need this cool to continue to that I can get a picture on my girl!
Azteca is a yarn that we've had before and I cried RIVERS (or whined barrels) when it got discontinued - but it is BACK! This yarn is a great washable option for Noro substitution, so if you have wanted to make a Dragon Scales blanket for a kiddo - or someone who won't hand-wash, this is the perfect yarn for it!
Also - the crochet version of Wayside Waves was released this week! This would be gorgeous in Noro!
