Good morning lovely knitters!  Happy Labor Day weekend!  It has been such a nice couple of days with blissfully cool mornings!  I love it.  And I'm savoring it while trying to ignore the next few days of weather.  Though, it does make it the perfect day to pop in and grab a new project!  We'll be open today, Saturday, regular hours - 12 to 5.  There is no clinic tomorrow, but fall classes start for real NEXT Sunday!  Make sure you've signed up if you want to get your spot!

Since it is September, we have a NEW featured pattern!  I wanted to do this one while I still had some Cotton Merino since it is disappearing, but supplies are limited, so don't wait to get it.  This is one of my most favorite designs that I've ever made and people always love it when they come into the shop!  It's -

A Few Stairs Short of Heaven!

This month, while it is featured, we'll throw in a bonus FREE Pom for your hat!  It is SO fun and the perfect holiday gift if you can bear to let it go.

We had some NEW Mad Balls this week!  These ran from cloudy days to days of sun!

AND we released a NEW pattern for Mad Balls - the Mad Ripples scarf!

This is a scarf version of our awesome Watery Ripples Shawl and the pattern is now included when you purchase a Mad Ball!  You could also use Cumulus Rainbow for this gorgeous scarf!  We also uploaded a short tutorial on the "pick-up diagonal" instruction.  It seems like most of you got this ok, but if you had a question about it, the video will be the answer!

Also, speaking of videos, we uploaded our 2nd podcast this week.  This one was so fun.  We had an "audience" and a special purring guest star!  Check it out!

We also had a fun once in a Blue Moon giveaway on Instagram and Facebook and the winner is Kim!!  Congratulations!  You can pick up your prize anytime next week!  If you don't want to miss out on fun stuff like this, make sure you follow up on Instagram or Facebook!

And just a last little note - make sure your calendar is marked for the Greater Boston Yarn Crawl - September 28 - October 1!  It is always a super fun weekend that you don't want to miss!

I hope to see you!
