Good morning lovely knitters! I don't know what it up with my brain today, but I just wrote 2023 in the date for the blog post! What on earth? Not even close! So, hopefully I'll remember what I meant to tell you today, but we'll see!
I know we did have NEW Mad Balls in this week!
And they are perfect for our NEW Mad Melange Shawl!
And we just released our gorgeous Eloise Sweater pattern!
Eloise was actually the first of these addictive sweaters that I made, but then I thought I should back it up and do a basic version that led to the rainbowy delight that is the Big Gay Sweater.
With Eloise, you have highlighted raglan seams and a cable that runs off center through the entire gradient! It is a fun, easy and addictive knit! Whenever I cast one of these on - its done within days because I just can’t stop (and the huge needles help)!
You can use our sweater kits for the Big Gay Sweater if you would like a rainbowy version for Eloise, or you can build your own!
And I forgot last week to mention - I used to have a little list of people who would "knit or crochet" for hire because I periodically get people asking to buy samples, or have something knit or finished for them. It has been a while, so I think the list is pretty defunct. If you would like to be on such a list, email me and I'll send you a little questionaire, so that if needed, we'll be able to match you with the right request. Once we refer someone to you - it is out of our hands. You decide the payment/terms/timeline, etc... It seems like its just a nice way to connect the uncrafty of the world with the compulsive yarners!
